Each case is different and the time period for resolving varies from person to person. Yes saffron products can be used during day time if not specified so. We do not recommend Kumkumadi oil during day because the base of the formulation is Tuvaraka oil (Hydnocarpus laurifolia ) which can cause skin irritations when applied and exposed to sun.
